I met with three participants in their 20s who had experience in finding housing, and did user interviews for more than an hour, collected more than 100 VOCs, found that all participants were experiencing a lack of information in the process of finding houses for sale they wanted and evaluating safety.

Tenants who lacked information compared to renters were experiencing two major problems in the process of finding housing.

Lack of additional information desired by tenants other than basic information
: Existing real estate services do not provide much information about homes beyond floor space, cost, and options, so tenants need to check their offline houses for sale to find out additional information they want. (Such as living infrastructure, security, landlords, etc.)
Lack of information for the safety of houses for sale due to difficult-to-understand real estate documents
: Difficult to know the risk or safety of houses for sale due to difficult-to-understand technical terms or Chinese characters of real estate-related documents to be checked to prevent fraud.
