VOCs were collected by conducting video interviews with four participants: two in their 20s and two in their 30s who travel more than five times a year. All four participants responded that they had experienced inconvenience when traveling due to information on tourists' travel reviews during domestic and international travel.

Travelers who wanted to travel like locals were experiencing two major inconveniences as they traveled based on the 'review'.

  • Lack of information scarcity

    : Due to a lack of space and unique local experiences that can only be fully understood by locals who stay for an extended period, travelers often visit landmarks or attractions that don't match their true interests.


  • Lack of information recency

    : Since most tourists write reviews after traveling, there is a lot of uncertain or too old information, so travelers often go in vain or experience travel disruption due to information that is different from the actual.

Reflecting on the creator system, I designed a system that can select whether to be a creator member from the stage of sign up, the user can be a creator through a local certification and provide scarce local information.
